Read more...How can we help governmental departments and the public sector? There are many ways that governmental departments and the public sector in general can use online surveys and questionnaires. Here are a few examples. As much as possible, an online survey should concentrate on one of these subjects and be targeted to the proper audience. Trying to cover too many subjects in a single survey will result in confusion, which leads to inaccurate results. Furthermore, it will lead to a long questionnaire which can significantly drop the participation rate.
Case Study: Société de développement des entreprises culturelles (SODEC)
The Société de développement des entreprises culturelles (SODEC) has used Interceptum to conduct an online survey to evaluate their "Jeunes créateurs" program on its 20th anniversary. The SODEC had created its own questionnaire that we reviewed. What we did for SODECWe analysed the results of their online survey. We produced reports of the aggregate statistical data based for all participants, as well as reports broken down according to demographic information. In particular, we broke down results for Producers, Directors, Script-Writers, etc. We also broke down results based on the number of projects and the type of projects a participant was involved with. The analysis also included a review of the answers provided to open-ended questions and within comments to other questions. For each question, we produced a list of the most often noted complaints or compliments. The results were compiled in a report and presented to the SODEC in PDF format. When compiling these open-ended results we made sure to correct typographical errors made by participants in their statements, and also to rewrite certain offensive complaints in more politically correct language, so that the report could readily be presented to stakeholders. |
