Survey Certificates

Survey completion certificates are customizable PDF documents sent by email to participants after the complete a survey. The certificates can contain any data from the participants' answers.

When a survey participants's answers meet the criteria defined in the certificate and there is an email address associated with the participant's answers, they are sent the certificate by email.

You can define multiple certificates per survey.

The text of the email message sent to the participant.

Model

The HTML model of the certificate. You can include data from the participants' answers in the model.
