Delete Participants

To delete a Survey participant, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the "Surveys" tab located at the top of the administrative user interface.

  2. Select the Survey for which you want to delete a participant in the list of Surveys below the "Surveys" small tab located on the left hand side of the administrative user interface.

  3. Click on the "Manag" button. A window will open displaying the all the Survey's participants in a grid. The grid displays 20 participants per page. You will find controls to view the grid's other pages at the bottom of the grid.

  4. In the grid of participants, select the participant(s) you want to delete. You can hold the CTRL key down to select more than one participant to delete.

  5. Click on the arrow on the right of the "Delete" button.

  6. Click the first "Delete" button.

  7. Click on the "Ok" button in the confirmation dialog.

NOTE: Deleting a Survey participant will permanently delete the participant's answers. This operation cannot be undone.

Bulk Delete Participants

To bulk delete a Survey participants, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the "Surveys" tab located at the top of the administrative user interface.

  2. Select the Survey for which you want to delete a participant in the list of Surveys below the "Surveys" small tab located on the left hand side of the administrative user interface.

  3. Click on the "Manag" button. A window will open displaying the all the Survey's participants in a grid. The grid displays 20 participants per page. You will find controls to view the grid's other pages at the bottom of the grid.

  4. In the grid of participants, select the participant(s) you want to delete. You can hold the CTRL key down to select more than one participant to delete.

  5. Click on the arrow on the right of the "Delete" button.

  6. Click the second "Delete" button to luanch the "Delete Participants Wizard".
  7. In the first step of the wizard, enter search criteria that the participants' responses must match for the participants to be deleted.
  8. In the second step of the wizard, the list of participants that will be deleted is displayed. Validate that only the participants you want to delete are listed.

  9. Click "Finish" to delete the participants.

NOTE: Bulk deleting a survey participants will permanently delete the participants responses. This operation cannot be undone.
